The Noticer summary is "Look on the bright side of life." Starting with the main character being a homeless on the beach who sees his own problems but doesn't see he is dining "on surf and turf with an ocean view". A negative view of life doesn't let you evolve, while a good perspective of life gives posibility to develop, so see the full part of the cup :)
Another idea mentioned in the book is that others make you successfull and, if you want to have success, make people enjoy themselves around you and want to be around you.
I also liked the classification of people in categories, each represented by an animal. If you watch your life partner and associate him/her with one ofe these categories, it's easier to make him/her happy.
Now on things I didn't like.I find hard to digest books that integrate commercials. It's one thing that the action takes place in a town and say "I went to X coffee shop" and a whole another thing mentioning an online store owned by family or friends, even if it's "eco-friendly material".
It's an interesting book to read, gives a couple of good and useful pointers.
